What is the itinerary for MSC Cruises’ 2024 World Cruise?
This incredible journey begins with a grand tour of the Mediterranean with stops in Spain, Italy and Malta before heading south to Cyprus and then Haifa in Israel where the ship will overnight. The ship then docks early the next morning in Port Said where guests will be able to take excursions to the Egyptian capital Cairo before re-embarking in Alexandria. Guest will then experience a transit through the world-famous Suez Canal on their way to the Red Sea where they’ll be able to discover the sights of the ancient world in Luxor and Petra. The final stop in the Red Sea will be the port city of Jeddah in Saudia Arabia where the ship will again overnight.

Before embarking on the transatlantic crossing guests will spend an overnight onboard at Walvis Bay, Namibia, at the edge of the Namib Desert.
Next, the ship crosses the South Atlantic Ocean to South America where the Brazilian portion of this adventure begins with an overnight stop in Rio de Janeiro, giving guests plenty of time to soak up the sun on Copacabana beach and experience the famous Carioca nightlife. Stops in Salvador de Bahia and Belém await before something truly unique, an exploration of the Brazilian Amazon. Sailing up the mighty Amazon River as far as Manaus, guests will find themselves in the heart of the world-famous Amazon rainforest.
